The Site is operated by Mafraq Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Kenya. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Mafraq” refer to Mafraq Enterprises Limited.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts (i.e., you are at least 18 years old);
You are resident in, or accessing the Site from, a jurisdiction where the use of our Site and the purchase of our goods is permitted by law; and
The information you provide to us during the ordering process is accurate, complete, and current.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, specifications, and images of our products that appear on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour or detail will be accurate.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Site will be corrected.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Site are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the total price and displayed at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (Pay the Courier): Payment is made directly to our courier partner upon delivery.
Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Payments can be made via our online payment gateway or in person at our pickup location.
Bank Transfer: For bank transfers, please contact our sales team for our bank account details. Orders will only be dispatched once the transfer has been confirmed.
Mobile Money (M-Pesa): Mobile payments are processed through our secure PayBill service. Contact our sales team for the current PayBill number.
Invoicing for Organizations: Schools, businesses, and other organizations may request invoicing. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will confirm a delivery date for your consignment.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We deliver goods to any destination within Kenya. Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates calculated at checkout based on the weight of the goods and the delivery location.
Delivery within Nairobi: Orders are typically delivered within two (2) working days. Free delivery is offered for all orders within Nairobi.
Delivery outside Nairobi: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup: You may collect your order from our pickup centre located at Popman House, Ground Floor, Off Moi Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the item under the following conditions:
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item.
Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non‑Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software, toner powder, or consumables that have been opened or used, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we have made an error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our pickup centre.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5‑10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases unless the conditions above are met.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Mafraq Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Site;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
The procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained through the Site; or
Any unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the goods or the Site exceed the amount you paid us for the goods giving rise to such liability.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Site.
